It's Never Too Late for Turkey!

While I aspired to post pictures from Christmas this week, I realized that I probably should post a Thanksgiving entry first. We spent the long weekend in Liberty with Dutch's family this year since we alternate. We were sure to take the time to reflect on everything we are thankful for our in our lives. Our families (and their health) definitely top the list! Therefore, it was nice that we got to spend quality time with Dutch's family and Cooper gots lots of play time with his cousins. We sure wish they werent' so far away! Cooper was so excited to see everyone that he stayed awake the entire 4-hour car ride (even with not leaving until 7pm)!
Cooper w/ his cousins Hagen, Hallie and Raegan

Best buds! Only 2 months apart!
Cooper got to check out and ride all of Uncle Rhett's toys. He was in heaven!

First we took the new Gator for a spin. It is enclosed and has heat! Pretty fancy!
Perfect for winter and removing snow!

Next up...Uncle Rhett's John Deere Tractor!

Papa even fired it up and took it out to show Cooper how it works.

Cooper also loves to check out all the kitties that are Nana and Papa's house. They wait by the back door for food. In this picture, Hagen, Raegan and Cooper all wait for them to make an appearance!

Papa even brought a kitty inside so Cooper was able to check him out up close!

Cooper also loves Nana and Papa's St.Bernard named Ralph. He is HUGE compared to Milo! He also loves to wear Ralph's slippers (even though he can barely walk in them)!

For the first time ever, I attempted to do some Black Friday shopping this year (even though it was Thursday night when I went w/ my SIL and BIL) . Cooper helped me scope out all the ads to find the best deals!

We also spent an afternoon in Oxford visiting Miami. We ate lunch on campus and walked around a bit seeing it actually turned out to be a beautiful day! Maybe Cooper will go to school here someday? While we've already started our recruiting, there is no pressure! However, I'm sure Cooper's Nana and Papa would love to have him so close! Only 20 minutes away!! ;)
New business school...such a beautiful building!

We took Cooper for his 1st stroll down the slant walk...

We was mostly fascinated with all the birds up in the trees!

Maybe some day Cooper will be a Miami Merger too!? Good thing we already started saving!
